Paid Time Off
Paid vacation is available for our 12-month employees to provide opportunities for rest and relaxation.
Employees receive up to 6 sick days per year.
Save vacation and sick days and use two of the personal days that SESI employees receive during the year.
SESI provides up to 11 paid holidays each year for salaried employees.
Paid Leave of Absence
Salary continuation benefits are available based upon years of service.
